The Institution, run by Selvarathi Educational Trust span an area of 9.16 acres on the Sivakas- Srivilliputhur main road, 5km away from Sivakasi. The College building has a total built-up area of 22,000 sq ft. with all facilities and the infrastructure of the college is also developed as per university norms.
Library
The college has a rich collection of books and journals, online and offline pertaining to respective courses in addition to a diverse collection of books in the library.

The classrooms are large and ventilated very well. All classrooms have internet access over Wi-Fi.

The institution has well established and equipped laboratory for Hotel Management and Catering Science. The laboratory is very much appreciated and it stands as a model for other colleges.
